at 10% you don't aoe the adds, you burn the boss asap while spam healing with CoH, Chain heal, traquility, etc, also saving heroism is a good idea for the last 15-20% if your dps is on the low end

its spellpower hit rateing and strength but spellpower isnt as importaint but it still help having :)
