the band is not Winterborn or wintersun ,are former WinterSun only had a Confusion in the name they did not know that was a band known wintersun finland, so I had to change the name to THE MUSIC LEGACY and this song is sung by Cecilia Bergman and Viktor Löfgren from sweden ... okkk .. then this song is not Winterborn are not ignorant to put the name of that song we are stupid

You should have put some military passages of this film -there must be, with the cruel father of the girl, the ressitants...- on the beginning of the video, and after, when there is a "normal" rythm, put here the beautiful and magic passages. I have found nothing on the artist whatsoever, for those who have done their research it is obvious that it is not Jari Maenpaa's Wintersun or Winterborn. Right now I am of the mind that it is written by a band similarly named WinterSun (note the capital S instead of lower case) from Sweden because its the only band that has no evidence proving it isn't them, however I have been unable to find any sort of official website or myspace or anything to even support the mere EXISTENCE of this band.

There are two options: 1) The band will release more material and have a stronger online following and we will know who it is or 2) We never hear anything from this artist again and we never know. What I find strange is that you would think with all the attention the song has gotten the band would find a way to let people know it was them. What may have happened is maybe the band really was called Wintersun but they had to change their name in light of Jari Maenpaa's Wintersun.

This isn't winterborn, i can prove it because i asked Rami Heikkilä (the drummer) and he says its not their song, also, I'm currently awaiting an answer from Wintersun as to whether they wrote this song or not as well, so it'll 100% official, I have a feeling that some mystery band wrote this...

this isn't Wintersun, whatever it is. Just listen to it - it isn't anything like anything else on the album in terms or melodic and harmonic complexity. And Jari did everything on the album himself except for drums so unless you are suggesting he can sing like a girl (which, granted he does do a bit in Battle Against Time) this defiantly isn't them. This song contains synthy keyboard sounds were wintersun uses orchestral keyboards. This is as KingOfTerrors said because of some Limewire mix up.
