omg go to amazon spend 10 - £20 on a blackberry lcd screen and then type in on youtube how to change lcd screen blackberry (write what model you have) and then do it and there u go ur bb wrks again (unless u get a faulty screen) thats what i did and it works now :)

you can take out the battery and charge it without the battery in the phone, it will still light up. Just wait for it to load, and after a while, just put the battery back in. Just try it many times. It works on me all the time
