The rest is as the clip says. some speculate that she has Liliths soul, some say that her soul is in unit 0. If your referring to Amanda Winn Lee (Original English dub actress and the voice playing on this video) I haven't heard of anything of this. Same goes with the original Japanese seiyuu Megumi Hayashibara.

I'm still angry that Mrs. Lee wanted to reprise her role for Evangelion 1.0 Movie but it was given to a different actress!? A clearly stupid decision by FUNimation as usual.

It was a little hard to understand as some of the pronunciation was a little odd during some words, but now that I understand everything that she's saying, it sure got me a lot to think about.

In a way, some of these things are true for a lot of people rather than just her...such as, the reason why you were created and things like that.

She is clearly aware that she's a clone, but she probably doesn't know who or what she is a clone of, so she couldn't possibly have any mother/son bond with shinji, much less when they're the same age. Being a clone just means you have the same genes and stuff, like a twin. Rei II was clearly in love with Shinji though she might not have realized this earlier than in her last battle where she stated her wish to "become one with Shinji". Rei III on the other hand, just hates Gendo and that's it.

In Rebuild, ithey are even stated to be in love by several characters, with Rei herself stating that she has warm and fuzzy feelings for her Ikari-kun XD (to pick the more obvious stuff)
