@guywalker29 I don't know if it was on Channel 9 (Secaucus, NJ!), but I'm a born & raised New Yorker & I use to watch this show every week with my Dad so it was definitely on our local TV. @taegdv Thanks for posting! Been looking for this for years! Stuck in the vague sense-memory of my childhood.
Nobody believes me when I tell them that this show aired in New York City on on channel 9 at 11:30 Sundays in the early '80s. They don't even believe this show ever existed. Thanks for the post. Now, if I could just find the Breck Girl saying "it may make no difference to you, but it does to me" I might sleep at night.
J-Roc brought me here! "He looks like Louis del Grande from seein things, you know that show where that ma fucka wore those glasses, right? And he was like woke up in the midlie of the night and all that, looking around...
Louis del Grande looks like serial killer Dennis Rader (aka 'BTK'). Anybody agree? It sucks when you look like a mass murderer. Or have the same name as a pedophile.
wow, brings back lotsa memories from when i was 12 and loved this show. thx so much for putting it up! the trailor doesnt do this show justice, it was a great show

SO CLASSIC. Too bad the CBC airs boring shows like JPod and 18 to Life. Boredom to the extreme.

Heather Redfern! Janet Laine Greene went onto do Beachcombers after this series. She was funnier on this show. Is Louis retired?

The last credit Del Grande has, according to IMDB, was doing voices for the animated series Mischief City-that was in 2005.

yeah it must have sucked when the cops thought you were John Wayne Gacy.

I saw bits of this show when I was really young. What's it about. Is he a psychic or something?
toddsmitts 2 years ago
He's a journalist who's able to solve murders thanks to his ability to see postcognitive visions...which he can't control.
ckg927 2 years ago
Ah, so it's an older, male version of "Medium"?
toddsmitts 2 years ago
MUCH older.
This aired in the 80s.
Plus, the star of the series also co-created it.
But it's only got half the episodes of Medium.
ckg927 2 years ago
I know. It's such an obviously "80's" style opening.
And I did see the lead actor in the "Created by" credit.
toddsmitts 2 years ago
@toddsmitts
actually Both Medium and Millenium were "inspired" by this show.

My mum would watch this show and my dad and I would laugh and laugh and laugh, then my mum would get pissed off at us. Good times, good times.
