It will hold up, im guessing at least 20-30 frames, dont worry I get dropped frames on my quad core. Not surprised because this game is overkill...

No it has a recorder and an editor so you can change camera angles and use a free camera-like mode. The ps3 version's graphics and frame-rate were crap, part due to the fact that it's harder to code for ps3.  The ps3 runs off of Windows Live, the CPU version of Xbox Live, from the makers of Xbox Live, plus you can have more players online on the PC version, better graphics, tons of mods from the community. Trust me, it's not just a pc port, but a total upgrade.

All I'm saying is if you're a hardcore PC gamer, know your shit, and have a good system, the PC version is best for those people.

Yes, could be the VGA, or the relation between your 22" and the high resolution. If I'm not mistaken the more inchs you get the hard is for pc processing in high resolutions.

you might be able to but you might struggle and you need a fairly good graphics card, I say 8600Gt and up. Anything lower you luck if it can run.
