God one of my pet peeves is when there are only one or two audio files for each "sound" thing. Like footsteps. There is ONE audio file for the footsteps on each surface, completely destroys the athmosphere. A game should have at least two. And also, there's only one file for when he gets hurt, all I can hear when the bugs bite him is "Argh" "Argh" "Argh" And that annoys me. Good game probably, but DAMN I just can't focus on the game, xD

You know...as an apartment-dweller myself, Henry's scenario calls to mind some interesting questions.

Is Henry supposed to have a job so he can actually, like, pay rent? He seems to spend an awful lot of time sitting around, staring at walls...(Whether or not he had one, he's probably fired now.)

Also, I'm guessing that Henry's not going to be able to pay his rent with his current situation.

...Why the heck do I think of this stuff, and why do I care?

so far this game feels nothing like a silent hill game. I wonder if whoever owns the franchise these days would be willing to listen to some suggestions. I could give him some scary shit to do. I could even write it. I hear the games just keep going downhill even though the original formula was perfect.

@dragonestea Perfection is subjective. And I wouldn't say the games keep going downhill per se. More like they fail to capture and play in to the original feel and story of Silent Hill. If they released them as unconnected games (as this one was initially meant to be), people would be more likely to judge them by their unique scares and gameplay rather than how close it is to the original. Not to say the games don't have faults, of course--again, perfection is really unobtainable.
