In my home town a radio station with the call letters WAPX- 1600 AM used to play the grooves off this song. Starting around 10 days before Christmas & everybody was happy as hell even though half of us weren't getting anything for Christmas. I know I used to be one those people myself. My mother, a single parent put the focus on the birth of Jesus Christ and that all seemed ok with me. As I look back and think about it, all I can say is WOW. Thanks mom may your soul R.I.P.
