@AnoHeartedBeing It's easier to put him somewhere where you can tell that location over the other. like in sunset hill, if you put your sprite so his left foot is touching the bottom of a tree, it'd be easier to remember than putting him at random point on the picture.

Easy when you want to transparent the backgorund of any sprite go to the select tool scroll over the arrow facing down and click on transparent selection

Look, instead of right clicking the color around him, go to the sprite sheet and color the background white. After that, click the TRANSPARENCY box(the one on the bottom) then copy and paste, but make sure you have the TRANSPARENCY box on with the sprite sheet AND the background. Hope it helps
