I agree, I don't support that kind of violence and behaviour, and I think it's dilluting and harming the greater good that's happening with these protests. I highly doubt that Prop 8 will stand long, it was incorrectly done. It will be seen as a refission instead of an ammendment, because an ammendment to the constitution takes a 2/3 majority of the house and senate. It's very unlikely that it will stand even with its majority vote of the populace.

It took a right away from people, which is against the constitution. The 14th amendment states that the government shall make no law that may abridge any rights of its citizens without due process. Whether or not you agree with gay marriage it was not your decision, in fact it has gone to the courts and will likely be overturned there.
