this actually IS a phone, it doesnt run ios though, nor does it run android or anything like that, its a really cheap java OS that has icons made to look similar to iphone. I have one of these, bought it for $50 on ebay, its really nice, allows you to put in 4 sim cards if you wish. Yes, its chinese, made visibly cheap. IT IS NOT AN MP3 player, but it does have the capability to play mp3s if you put in an sd card. It says "16GB" on the back, but it has only about 25k of storage on it.
