When I was a kid, my best friend's parents played cribbage on an antique-looking cribbage board. They played four-handed cribbage with the neighbors. Seeing them moving those pegs looked like a lot of fun. From reading "Harpo Speaks," I learned that Alexander Woollcott was a master of the game. I learned to play it from a computer program called "CribMaster." Now, I use "Ultimate Cribbage." Scoring continues to be challenging. I'd like to try another computer program. Any recommendations?
Video/computer games are my cup o tea. Finding a good game in this day and age is like finding a good film to watch, theres plenty of sequels and remakes but few original titles worth buying. My list of favorites are short but oh so very sweet.
I do love a good Euchre game. I can recall many a nights sitting in my college apartment saying things like, "You know Scott, we should really go out golfing soon."
Anyway, I'm not sure what would be my favourite game. I do play computer games, but boardgames and such can be even more fun with the right people around.
my favorite game of all time is legend of Dragoon its a 4 disk ps1 game i have been trying to compleate it for the last 8 years... however the last 5 have been pritty useless cause i have lost the last 2 cds lol but im getting it back cause i ordered them on ebay yay lol so i will finnish it soon
I've always loved RISK as a board game. My fave online game is Isketch (once you get in a room with out a bunch of noobs. It's pretty challenging, depending on the room).
lets play i put on this gold sequin thong and you pull it off me with yur teeth.ah canasta and scrabble i have not played cribbage in years I will have to its alot of fun. jos a lucky gal.:O)
I'm not much for cards, but I love Yahtzee, Scrabble and my favorite of all time is actually Trivial Pursuit...since I know so much unimportant stuff. Well...I love the Sims 2, too...
Trivial Pursuit was a great game. I've owned three editions over the years. I saw a new one in the store. It looks really innovative. I might have to pick it up.
My favourite game ever would indeed be Scrabble. I love playing with words, and so it''s only natural, right? And I'm never out to kick some butt there - I love it much more if whoever I play with and I at some point start working together, to make the best out of the game for the two of us (or more), use up as many letters in the end and make a helluvalot of points. Hehe, yeah: I'm really not the competitive kind ... .-)!
My father and I did not meet untill I was 18 years old I had never played cribbage before I met him, but after countless hours days weeks and months playing with him I really give the credit to cribbage for letting us get to know each other...My favorite game would have to be RISK

Cribbage is a thinking man's game - makes perfect sense to me that you and Jo would both enjoy (and be good at) it.
My favorite game is Balderdash. A little complicated, but made for people with a weird sense of humor who can kick the creative juices into overdrive.
Haven't played it in a few years.
*sigh*
