I did love Sinead when she had that teenage innocence, she's lost the anguish - still a fabulous voice though, but wish I'd heard this from her in 1987 not 2007. But the polite clapping at the end - total kiss of death.

of course you would say she butchered the song if you're comparing her voice with the angelic voice of Sarah, Yvonne or Helen. but her voice reflects more pain and vulnerability, it sounds more human than angelic I guess.

I am sorry, this is the worst version of this song I ever heard.
