  • Reincarnation is another possibility

  • @l3itchRave Anything you can imagine is a possiblity, but let's face it: It's all wishful thinking based on nothing.

  • But want if.....

  • @noob92ish What precautions are YOU taking for the infinite number of IFs?

You speak with the mind of a small child. Do you have thought sof your own, or only the false information handed down to you through the generations?

Explain to me what you rather simplistic comment means, so an educated adult can comprehend where you're coming from. I won't hold my breath (just in case).

  • When you're dead, you're dead. Gone. Just like you were before you were born, just not existing.

Each and everyone of us think we are soo special and so important, and that we are leaving a big mark on the world that will show when we die. The truth is we're not. You will die, your family will cry, your friends will cry, then they'll move on. And you will be be burried under ground, laying there forever.

We weren't born to die, we were born to live. And death is just the end, a book closing.

  • Dammit! I was hoping to go to IHOP after I die

  • There is a quantum physical theroy that suggests there is something after life.

  • The message there is too stupid by the fact that it tells people to be ignorant to their surroundings and just be selfish.Yeah..there is nothing after life, but at least try to make the stupid life better for those coming after you...really,your particles never go anywhere anyway, only split to lots of directions.Yes,life is meaningless,so is happiness,at least think about forming a world where there is a meaning instead of satisfying your fading emotions...really...stop being selfish-NO GOOD.

  • wow failsauce

first of all why would you concern yourself over heaven/hell existing if you're an atheist? u would simply believe they dont exist and it should end there the fact that ur trying to tell others that it doesnt exist and they should stop believing in it that makes you no different than an evangelist

  • I don't follow a religion, but I have come to realize that most Atheists are "angry" and spend most of their energy bashing others that "believe"...Why? Respect what others believe and live your own life. So you don't believe in a God, so what, leave everyone else alone that does! I admire people that can believe in something. Just cuz I don't, I don't bash and put them down. I don't get it. Why the big chip on your shoulder. "If I don't believe in God, then no one should believe in God" ??????

  • It is so simple, when you die you go back to where you were before your were born. And if you think about it, that was a good place and you did not cry until you got here.

  • I am so glad to know God is coming to get those of us who can see the truth...which is,we are his children and as such,we should strive to be more like him everyday! How can any of us insignificant men and women be so arrogant as to not accept the fact that there is one greater than us?? Wake up sheeple! You are blinded by all the distractions of this world.

  • @roddy35wv "I am so glad to know God is coming to get those of us who can see the truth"

HAHAHA! that's hilarious! XD are you doing a routine in a comedy club any time soon?

"we should strive to be more like him"

have you read the old testament?

Wake up sheeple! You are blinded by all the conmen (read that as clergymen and snake oil salesmen) of this world.

    your shepherd never existed.

  • Atheists are pondering & fighting a myth. All man made religions & their constructs are myths. The omnicient superman god is easily show impossible. Can god create a stone so heavy he cannot lift it.

However this does not disprove our Universe was not created in some way.

Science has now idea of pre Big Bang conditions. Matter of fact they say our Universe may spawn others.

If we become intelligent enought to create another Universe would Atheists there Believe we didnt exist?

  • I am certain that regardless of what religion you believe or not. We will end up at the same place. Dust on earth.

  • Knowledge is what we KNOW, not what we DON'T know. I love it!!!! That says it all right there...

  • Yeah!!! and more powerful, I AM. ME MYSELF & I. That's good news...

  • For those that do not seek the truth, it really doesn't matter. For those that do seek the truth, consider the creator that made all this and how he would feel if his good creation rejected him. Next, consider your own life. Is it perfect? Are you happy with it? Do you wish you could change anything?

If you won the lottery and never had to worry about money anymore, do you think you would worry about anything else? Death happens and life begins for the children of God. Perfect life.

  • @Iamajanitor01 Two hands doing good work accomplish more than a thousand clasped in prayer.

Any anti-social religious people should be ashamed of themselves. They are counter productive and are harming society.

Those preachers who opposed the end of segregation, the ones who supported Hitler while turning a blind eye to genocide, and those who persecute homosexuals to this very day are all self-righteous, hypocritical anti-social hate mongers. This Jesus Freak Psycho Terror must STOP NOW!

  • I LOL at these really long comments about God existing and God not existing. Haha. Good laugh.

  • @1goldenguy1 Those are only reasonable comments by intelligent adults. Compare THAT to all the time WASTED by "so-called" intelligent adults who follow some sort of man made dogma, and in the process aren't leading any better lives than those who "doubt". In fact, people who live without religion show MUCH better "works" as contributing members of society. Please have the guts to at least admit THAT. "Believers" are statistically 14 times more likely to go to jail than atheists. Coincidence?

  • @schlummieleinchen Great job. What do you want, a pixelated cookie?

  • @1goldenguy1 Sure! Got one?

  • @1goldenguy1 WOW! What a fantastic endorsement for Christianity.

    Just say NOPE.

Sorry, the Bible is a jumbled story book with minimal literary quality. A pathetic mess. Word of God? LAUGHABLE!

Keep all that jazz. More for YOU! What's the problem???

  • Where do atheists go when they die? you answered it yourself. although being atheist doesn't exlcude the possibilty of an afterlife you are right that it is extremely unlikely (and alsmost completely scientifically disprovable with the modern knowledge of where conscoiusness comes from)

  • @th3vampan3z3l0rd Being an atheists excludes me from fearing make believe dogma. My life isn't filled with constant thoughts about "what may, what might, what pretty please dear God will happen when I die".

God of the Bible is a horrible monster, a tyrant, a shallow and childish brat. Sorry, but that's NOT like an Almighty. Flawed fiction for self-serving purposes.

Nobody stops you from swalloing it whole. I have doubts. We all die and stay dead. Plenty of evidence to support THAT!

  • @fannynoise I said nothing about the (incredibly disprovable) god of the bible, and didn't say I believed there was an afterlife. I was simply saying that being atheists doesn't always mean you don't believe there is no afterlife. I personally don't believe in god or the afterlife as they are all but completely disprovable, but I was saying that being atheist doesn't exclude you from believing in an afterlife. I know this because I have actually met a few atheists who believe in an afterlife.

  • @fannynoise It's also doesn't necessarily mean that I'm right or that theists are wrong. A man named Einstein who seemed to know much about the inner workings of reality once said, "My sense of God is my sense of wonder about the Universe." But if there is a God, how could He possibly send me to Hell for my constant admiration and gratitude for the world he put me in. Besides, I happen to agree with Dante that Hell is the abandonment of all Hope; and for me, Hope is what Consciousness is.

  • @tomblack2112 Living life WITHOUT preparation for death isn't a sin, it's common sense. Living by the Golden Rule is a wonderful thing, and ALWAYSW makes you a good person. Merely "believing" in God, Jesus or any other kind of dogmy while being a selfish sob (which, sadly, most "Christians ARE) is not the best way.

Faith without works is dead. Works without faith is just fine. Two hands busy with helping others are better than a thousand clasped in prayer. If you deny that, you're a fool!

  • @fannynoise I'm afraid I don't follow what point you're trying to make, at least as it pertains to what I have said. I certainly agree with most of what you've said, but you seem somewhat combative. You seem to think I'm a religious person which I have repeatedly stated. It leaves me to wonder if you're just arguing with me because of your need to feel special. My point is and has been that it's as scientifically impossible to prove the existence of God as it is the Cogito.

  • @tomblack2112 Sorry, "repeatedly stated" I am not. The only reason I said anything is there seems to be an atheistic dogma developing that everyone who believes in God is either feeble or self-absorbed. Please, I don't want to argue that, so I will concede that it appears a great many are. But still I've met a good number of humble religious people who treat non-religious people with mercy and grace. Can't we at least stop trying to prove how smart we are, and show a similar compassion?

  • @tomblack2112 People are religious in order to be more accepted. It gives them a feeling of belonging, of being "better than others". It's like a club membersahip. There are certain privileges.

Do you agree when I say almost all people go to church to be seen by others? If nobody would know they went, most people would never go. Piople grudgingly enter a church, and are dying to get out.

When church lets out, it's a wonderful feeling similar to the last school bell. Church is a chore.

  • @fannynoise

Right so all the babies in Africa who were born dead or the Muslum babies who were stabbed to death by Russians in the 80's are just out of luck, huh? Since this is your belief system I hope you are pro life.

And as far as evidence, your just plain in denial. Google Sam Parnia AWARE project. Life after death will be a clinical fact early 2012.

  • Was Jesus not a great scholar? Wouldn't it be reasonable to expect such a scholar to leave some of his own writings behind? Why is anything written about Jesus dating only as far back as many decades after His death, even after those who claim to have witnessed Jesus' miracles have died?

Please forgive me for doubting the authenticity of "the greatest man who ever lived", who was perfect in every way, yet unable to do what lesser men have done long before He walked on Earth.

  • @fannynoise Jesus wasn't a scholar, he was a carpenter. who then became unemployed and went around claiming to be the son of god. he convinced 12 people of this, some of whom knew how to write stories that conflict with eachother. He was then killed for heresy. Then after his death a guy claiming to be him said he was jesus raised from the dead by god (the bible says the disciples didn't recognise Jesus after the ressurection. suspicious, no?) who dissapeared when people sussed him.

  • @VegasSkateCulture essentially yes, they are "out of luck" because they are dead. when you die, you stop, you exit life, you cease to be, your spark of life is smothered in shit. there is no evidence for an afterlife, just testimony from people who have near death experiences. which we know are caused by your brain becoming a confused due to lack of oxygen. we know that consciousness coems from the electricity in your brain, so when that stops so do you. no souls, no spirits, no afterlife.

  • Believe what you wish; I respect that. Why use the word " probably" when rejecting God? Aren't you sure?

  • @tll1 Why use the word KNOW when you don't?

Nobody KNOWS, but a growing number of people simply don't BELIEVE.

Face it, your "view" requires a lot of unquestioned faith. Mine doesn't.

Life's too short for all this BS. LIVE and enjoy these "few precious days", because we all die and stay dead. Billions before us are pretty solid evidence.

Believing doesn't make you a better person, and it obviously doesn't make you a happier one. I embrace my mortality. Where exactly is the problem?

  • @tll1 No problem here, pal; we simply disagree. I'd wish you Merry Christmas but it wouldn't mean anything to you......

  • Two hands working accomplish more than a thousand clasped in prayer.

  • Beautiful video and music. There is no hell or heaven. We have only one life. Live, Love, Laugh. :)

  • ugh i hate u ppl who doubt things and think its nice to just try and trash others faith. do u honestly believe that heaven and hell are fake? well GOOD LUCK in the afterlife (there is one btw) and when u die and become what ever ( a tree) i hope u get chopped down, shredded, pounded, and then once ur paper. il print the BIBLE on u. hahaha gotta love dane cook! -sneezing atheist.

  • @TheCitrustango Don't forget to put cookies out on Christmas Eve, or else Santa will be ticked off and skip your house! Just to be sure, also be mindful of cracks in the sidewalk, walking under ladders and other little superstious. I'm not saying you're superstitious (believing in ghosts, angels, etc), but you don't wan to take any chances with that stuff, right!

Good luck to you! I'll stick with my common sense and my resolve to be a genuinely good human being. I embrace my mortality.

  • @multitalentino HOHOHO soooo mature. seriously hahaha im having a hard time breathing im laughing so hard. hahahahahaha. OMG... hahahaha btw the last part was a JOKE. get some humor and A SECOND THING. what makes u SOOOOO right? huh? why do u think that ur using common sense? hmm? and im not someone who goes to church im someone that HAS A LIFE AND CHOOSES TO BELIEVE IN SOMETHING WORTH BELIEVING!!! what is UR PROBLEM?!

  • @TheCitrustango THAT was your best shot? WHY BOTHER?

  • @multitalentino haha

  • @TheCitrustango Too much holy water, or just nothing better to do than to argue with science and facts? Worry about those religious nut jobs, not the growing number of intelligent adults who have serious doubts about any of those make believe "theories". Religion is no longer the center point of society. Live with that fact. Your "argument" has long evaporated. Your one liners are not becoming for anyone claiming to be "discussing" a controversial topic. Resonable religious people = an oxymoron.

  • @Chelsea4President HAHAHAHA..... u call ur self an adult making an intelligent convo? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHHAHAAHHHAHAHAHAHHAHHAHHHHHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHHAHAHAHHAHHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHhAHHAHAHHAHHhahAHAHAHHAAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHHAHAH...... and btw u think something that goes back years and years and centuries is wrong. HA

  • @TheCitrustango WHAAAAAT? Coo-coo for Cocoa Puffs?

  • @Chelsea4President Just no...no. Just stop talking. turn around and walk away from the keyboard, no just.... no.

  • @TheCitrustango No clue? No contributions? NO BRAIN?

Let me guess: Tea Party supporter? (Now THAT's a laugh!!!)

  • @TheCitrustango "and btw u think something that goes back years and years and centuries is wrong."

Indeed. You'll note that this is not an argument supporting your position. Astrology goes back much further than Christianity, it's still false. The geocentric cosmology was defended tooth and nail by the Church as being biblical for centuries. It was still wrong.

Are there any other positions from the bronze age you think have merit because they are old? How about other religions?

  • @Gnomefro I'm sure the first IDIOT was born long before the first Christian was baptized, that still renders the idiot AN IDIOT.

A donkey loaded down with holy books is still a donkey!

  • @Gnomefro So are you saying there's no God, or just that religions in general are conjured out of the imaginations of humans. Does it necessarily follow that because the Judeo-Christian bible obviously missed on the age of the Earth (and many other things) that there is no God? The Tao that can be spoken is not the Tao.

  • @tomblack2112 I'm saying I don't believe there is a God. That's ALL I'm saying! You can believe what you want to, can't you? Why can't I?

  • @fannynoise I was just asking a question. I don't accept the bible as ultimate truth, but that doesn't necessarily mean there's no God. You can believe anything you want, and I will defend anyone's right to do so. My point was ultimately given the premise of all-powerfulness, a "God" would surpass our ability to disprove it which in my mind makes doing so unnecessary. However, if you're going to ask me to pick up any book (even The Origin of the Species) and stop my thinking there, I can't.

  • Nice message. Thanks. I liked the music especially.

  • great video man i needed this
