First found these guys years back. They played at a free festival in my home city. Most of the music was awful but these guys were easily my favorite. I can still remember how amazing they sounded live. Heard they split though =[ sucks but atleast I got to see 'em. =D
Actual Punk Evolution: The Stooges/ The Ramones/ The Dead Kennedys/ The Wipers/ Agent Orange/ Drive Like Jehu/ Rockets From The Crypt/ Sleater Kinney/ ...these guys.

Punk has 2 divisions: That which grows hair on your bawls, and that which grows your hair into a fohawk where you whine about love lost in a metrosexual Orange County accent on MTV.
who cares if they re famous or not !Why should music always be related to fucking music industry or fame!Don t we all listen to songs for how we relate personally to them?
The point is they arrived at the wrong time in music. They had the potential to be as big as Nirvana, most british rock journalists aknowledge this. Certainly deserved it in my opinion. Musically, lyrically, style & the overall quality of both of their albums was sublime.
I dont think that US punk bands differ from British ones that much, i mean the B-line disaster are psychobilly. The stooges were a big influence. Its not like the b-line disaster is all of what British punk has to offer. Punk styles differ from band to bands as do US punk.
Wow,, British punk in the UK is wayy different from the music in US. :X but, I'd have too admit the lead singer is pretty cute for a brit ^-^ (no insults intended)
@AJPLJSS Sorry to burst your bubble pal, but punk was originated in the U.S. of A. Maybe you should listen to some Iggy Pop & Stooges, or some Ramones, or Misfits, or a shit load of others.
@AJPLJSS oh, and before punk there was rock and roll. Yeah, that started here too. The rest of the world just followed suit. Ever heard of Elvis Presley? Cheers, mate!
80's matchbox been around for years... and besides... if you really wanna be a prick, The Cramps were around 30 years ago, and without them this wouldn't exist.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this band, they're seriously underrated! Should definitely get more radio air-play. And his song is as sexy as F***! :D Guy looks good. Can't wait till the next album ;)
Right their in the garden album, the 2 CD one. Is that their offical third album or is it just a one off thing. Because I only found it when they were selling it at a QOSTA gig (Guy sold it to me himself!) and i'd never seen it before then. Guy told me that they were releasing a new one this year so is In The Garden just a rare cd in build up the their new release? Also have they got any tour dates booked yet? cheers.
In the Garden is, essentially, an EP that I believe they self-released so I assume there's an album on the way shortly, which is probably why they're now touring.
saw them when they opened for QOTSA at brixton. They were pretty cool. The set dragged on a little (but i guess that was because i wasnt familiar with most of their stuff).

Saw them here in Portsmouth a couple of day's ago. Fucking great. The audience was a bit laid back for some reason although they obviously liked the gig. The band seemed to get a bit pissed off by it. They begrudgingly did a one song encore.
I said GOD DAMN! Ah, what an excellent video. When the song was first posted on MySpace I fell in love with it. The last Liverpool gig was extraordinary. Love you so hard, my favourite band, as always. Discordia :)
thats bollocks the horrors were formed in 1964 in a garage in wickham were as the eighties were formed in the eighties hence the name everybody knows that!
Sorry ghkhjlhdw, I don't know whether you are being ironic or not but I can't see how you can say The Horrors did this stuff first. TEMBD made their first album in 2002 and they were doing this type of music/look then. The Horros would have been in junior school.
