Story for this one is that you're the big daddy and you have to protect the girls i think. I know there's a big sister too who's watching you all the time and will eventually attack you if you hurt the little sisters. She's supposed to be super strong to match your strength.
bioshock 1 and 2 are one of the few games I've beaten more than 10 times in a row, love this game series.
