Well, it would be Kintama not Gintama to begin with. It doesn't feel/sound right somehow since "ke" is what's used for down there and I've only ever heard "kami no ke" for the hair on your head.

Googling around I see Kintama no Kami in the lyrics for Let's Fighting Love, song that appeared in South Park years ago. Unless you can find me a reference, I'm going to guess that "gintama no kami" is a mistranscription of a song written by americans using a dictionary.

Gintama = Golden balls, = testicles?

and Kami = Hair.
