Well, dude if u ask how 2 get kyogre in emerald its avter ya see groudon & kyogre battle in Soothopolis u hav 2 go 2 Weather institute, and 1 of t3h guys inside will tell u about heavy rains on route xxx so go to route xxx or whatever route they say and find some deep water ter and dive. If they say about drought ur supposed 2 find a cave on route xxx. After u got first legendary pkmn, just ask again and they tell ya wheres another 1. The routes for legendaries will allwayse differ, so theres
