My step father passed away 3 years ago. My mother was married to the guy for 20 years. His children brought a probate attorney in to her life and he took her house, her bank account, her car and furniture.
Probate attorneys will sap you dry and leave you homeless. You guys are the absolute scum of society. Fuck you, cunt.

I SO AGREE with "yewbert"! I am the executor of my Dads estate & hired a probate attorney.(This WAS A VERY SIMPLE PROBATE!) This attorney took such advantage of my lack of knowledge in the process & advised me in every way that would BENEFIT her money wise! I made calls to OTHER probate attorneys & they all told me she was very dishonest & to GET AWAY from her now! My attorney could careless about me & my battle with cancer.She lined her pockets! I will turn her into the BAR!
