I just got this soundtrack with this song as the first track on the disc. This soundtrack is quite rare.  The shop I got it from said that a used copy in decent condition was going to be $69.00 and a new copy was more like $100.00. No kidding.

I think it sounds remarkably similar to Paula Abdul's Forever Your Girl, right down to the sax solo. When I first saw the film I thought this was an alternate cut of Forever Your Girl until the chorus hit in.
