it does but you need to convert the files. i use a program called voltaic it allows me to convert the files so i can upload my videos to my computer since i only have the Tiger os and not snow leopard

Honestly I cant remember as I have deleted the project file but even if i did tell you you need to match the colour correction to what your shooting is that makes sence.

@arobson131 It makes perfect sence. That is what I do myself. In this video I would set the color correction to match the color of the leaves. It also helps to reduce the color saturation. Good video! Why did you delete the project file? I always backup the project file (and folder) and not just the rendered video in case I wanted to edit the video again. If you do not mind me asking.

Cool, Yeah thats the best way coz it always differs in every scene what colour correction your should put in, As it goes for deleting the project file, I like to keep my computer clean, crap excuse I know lol + I know I will never need to re-render it again. Cheers :)

What properties and such are you using while editing in vegas? I got the same camera, but vegas won`t preview my footage smoothly without scurring like fuck. Impossible to edit anything under such conditions. Footage shot with 7mbps works, but the 24mbps footage dont work for shit in vegas. But they play really nice when I open them everywhere else... Annoying as hell.

Hey, I think under vegas you need quite a speedy computer, I got a core2 duo 3ghz with 4 gb of ram and even importing my footage into vegas when editing its a bit skippy. I dont really know what to say other than get a fast machine hehe, Once rendered tho they come out great :)

Well the canon saved it as an MTS so I just copied the videos from there onto the pc and opened them up in sony vegas pro 8 and when i finished editing I rendered them as a WMV 8 MBPS 1080 :) This I would say is for best quality but you could use 720 or somthing but should still look pretty much the same, Cheers for the comment :)
