The real cause is a chemical substance that's sprinkled on tracks. It was irregular and of different properties because the subcontractor (has ties to railways higher ups but no professional background) imported wrong (cheaper) solution. It takes longer time to dry up than previously used on the same tracks. The importer is actually a pet food supplier!? But, the owner is a cousin of some director.. Basically it was greed that killed 6 people.
