I remember as a yound soldier, the newly built houses, by the government of Israel for the Palestinian refugees across the road (North side - heading west to east from Tull Karem to Azun) opposite the "Nur A Shams" refugee camp of Tull Karem.

The refugees were not allowed, by PLO (then in Tunisia) to inhabit these houses because then they will not be "miserable" & will not be "refugees" any more.
