You can always get it from eBay. Try Panacea81's eBay store, she has a bunch! But, if you don't have Sephora, do you have a MAC store? If not, go to the local drug store and I'd look in to getting some L'Oreal products :)

Yup! I've tried it but haven't bought it before. I really like the I.D. Weather All Liner Sealer right now :)

I haven't tried the MAC's mixing medium yet, and now I came across this video where you use the I.D Weather All Liner Sealer, which seems wonderful! Can you use it all over the eyelid? I'm still debating what I should purchase as a mixing medium, any suggestions???

Hell ya! I used it the other day to mix silver pigment in to and applied it on my entire eye lid. I swear, that stuff didn't even MOVE! It was so fluid it just glided on like I was applying water to my lid. I'd chose the I.D. Weather All Liner Sealer, but the MAC Mixing medium before and I didn't think it had staying power.

Most defiantly! I use it as a base. It allows the color to stick and be brighter.  Just like using the MAC paint pots, or paints. It let's the color shine through!
