I think that its a little too easy to assume the 'she's back' is a reference to Antonia. Its so predictable, isn't it? I DO remember Marnie channeling Eddie, who was a vampire and by extension, a supernatural. Whose to say that Marnie (who could possibly be alive for the finale) or Lafayette could be possessed by something even more dangerous and/or supernatural? Maybe something that rhymes with 'faenad'...? That'd be enough to scare Tara shitless like that. Wishful brainstorming.
