Technically you are right. However, as a bilingual speaker of Spanish and English, I can tell you that you can never translate a song literally from one language to another because 1) you would ruin the rhyme and rhythm of the music 2) some idiomatic phrases don't translate. Simply put, you translate as close to the original language while maintaining the lyrical and musical style.

ste video es mejor q el de ingles. yo soy una gran fan de shakira. esta cancion me encanta es la mejor cancion en le mundo no hablo mucho ingles pero la version ingles no es muy buena me gusta mas esta xq no se e como mejor. yo me gustaria ser como ella xq ell para mi es una mujer q cuando uno la ve bailar dice wow! q bueno baila. yo he visto casi todos sus videos xq me gustan mucho!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
