@Shellakabooki Thank you. I really need to make an updated video of this. It's important that we can make things from what is easily available. Not everyone has the money or time to go out hunting exotic ingredients. Sometimes I just use cream, eggs, sugar and flavouring (cocoa, vanilla, etc) VERY bad for you but VERY delicious and smooth ;)
@yashibabii18 Alrighty - the hard way really isn't that hard.
You just mix your ingredients altogether - i would use more cream and less milk because the cream has a higher fat content and this will help to stop the gelato from getting icy. 1 1/2 cups cream 1 1/2 cups of milk.
So... mix the stuff together put it in a tupperware container or something like that, ever half hr or so get a fork and scrape around the edges of the container. The idea is that your breaking the icicles up before they become to big and difficult to break up.
