It's a GMC/chevy 2500/3500 crewcab long bed. custom lift. normally has front and rear leaf springs. Buy one already built cheaper. But building one will teach you so much and people wont think your a douche when you know what your talking about. GMs were always the easiest to lift. straight axles make custom fabbing easier but later they switched to IFS in 1992 and up. There are lot of websites part supplers but buy a welder and start from there.
