Bell Canada is making life miserable for Canadians and the only way to teach it respect is to put a dent in the one thing it cares about..the bottom line.
We are asking Canadian people and businesses to immediately begin boycotting all Bell Canada goods and services.
We ask those who are locked into Bell contracts to stop using Bell services once their contracts expire.
Bell has the worst cell phone customer service I have ever experienced, wait times on hold are about 20 - 30 minutes when you are calling about a problem with your account. To speak with a supervisor it is standard practice to have them call you back in 2- 3 hours!!! Thats ridiculous! They want you off the phone and off their customer service line which is costing them money. BOYCOTT BELL I'm switching to WIND!

Their pronunciation is not quite good, but the main thing is they don't understand what you have to say. Overall, their service is SLIGHTLY better in English, but well below standards that I would deem acceptable.

Le problème chez Bell c'est qu'il y'a beacoup d'employés incompétants surtout les gens de la direction, des gens qui ont un niveau secondaire 5 et ils passent leur temps à faire chier les employés: presssion, harcélement, menace, etc...
De plus, y'a personne qui pense au client, il cherche juste à atteindre les objectifs de vente aucun service donné au client.
Alors changez de compagnie y'en a en masse au Québec: Primus, Rogers, Vidéotron, Distributel, ACN, Maskatel...

Es-tu au courant du pourcentage de gens qui se sont fait fourrer par Bell avec leurs techniques douteuses et que dire du service a la clientele indigne de ce nom. Bref, heureusement qu`ils ont de la concurrence, car avec le nombre de personnes qu`ils ont fourrés, ils méritent juste de se faire boycotter.
Peut-être que si Bell offrirais un service équivalent au Bas St-Laurent (meilleur comme tu le dis), je serais peut-être encore avec eux. Mais pour le moment, ca reste que c'est des "sympaticoune" digne d'une Norbourg!
