Make them all wear nascar uniforms with logos of the people who gave them money (the bigger the logo, the more donated), and pass a constiutional ammendment requiring easy access to exact amounts payed by who to any political group or candidate. When this special came out in 2004 I agree, not many people had heard of him and he was very underrated flying under the radar for years. The Daily Show was his first national exposure on a regular basis for America to see how funny he is. However, you and I both know when you talk to your friends and family about the funniest comedians today, Lewis Black is easily in the top 5. He is now mainstream, I'm sure you've heard his joke about performing after Vince Gill : )

This golf course was NOT to be a personal playground. The year after it was finished it would have been a Major stop on the PGA tour bringing in millions of dollars to the local economy. I met John Rigas one time, talked to him a few minutes & that was it. About 6 months later I was at a Adelphia Job Fair & saw him walking with someone down one of the outer hall ways. Remember now, I had only talked with him for a few minutes on one occasion.

I love Lewis to death but he really needs to check his facts when it comes to Adelphia. I lived 10 miles away from Coudersport when all this was going on & it was a screw job from the beginning. The "Billion" dollars, first it was about half that and it was THEIR OWN MONEY. The 13 million to build a golf course, yes they did use company funds for some of that but it has been proven that at any time during these events if there had been a "Margin Call" on Adelphia stock they could have met it.
