  • I am glad you kept this old video up, because now you are one of the best!

  • i bet the police would be baffled if they saw u doing this while running from them :P im gonna start learning parkour, any tips to get into shape?

  • haha

  • nice, good lazy vaults and kong jumps the placed jumps were good 2 how old r u

  • @frostykc i'm 17 in febuary, however is was only 14 when this came out.

  • what are the best parkour/free running trainers i am gettin k-swiss ariake are they good

  • @marcc1995 I won't be able to tell you whet the best shoes are, as everyone is diffrent.

My advice would be to try several completely diffrent types (running shoes, flat soled, plimsols, moutain boots etc etc.). see which one feels the best for you.

  • thanks for the tips you should keep practicing.your good for a beginer.

  • hey how old are u? and do u still do parkour cause i go there too

its rottenrow i go there every sunday. I'm just beginning and learning:P

  • perfect cell remix?

  • Nice... I'm no pro but you have to use for upper body when your climbing those high walls... you are not getting much grip with your legs

  • u got skill

  • Great practice, editing, and music. I'm a traceur too, but it's hard to find anywhere to practice where I live (Carnation, Wa). 0:45 is most impressive to me, since I somewhat have a fear of pain. I keep thinking I'll slam into the rail.

    You are quite admirable.

  • 1:48 was sick! You got skills man....keep it up

  • and the u fall down :P

  • Nice video, can't wait to look at your new one

  • Great vid...... I train Parkour, But I have some fear issues......

  • keep practicing, with time you will get better and the fear will go away :)

  • thanks.... and watching your vid again inspires me to get out there and train again..... I Really hurt my knee recently while training, I Bailed, and I think I did some permenent damage. I've been just chillin and not doing anything since.

So thanks...... I'll try and practice more and get over my fear. Its only a sub-concious thing. I feel I can get over it pretty easily.

  • haha,

Sorry..... I didn't notice that this aint your Vid. ha, well thanks anyway.

  • then parkour is not the sport for u

  • I Beg to Differ........

first off, Parkour is not a sport, its a way of life, that just happened to become forgotten by people over time.

and second, Parkour is for anyone, whether not they have fear or not, all Obstacles CAN be Overcomed and Conqured, even Mental ones.

  • agreed :) but parkour is sort of considered a sport also

  • No, it's not

  • nice parkour XD

  • nice music, perfect cell theme

  • do u need alot of strength for parkour?

  • Well, mostly it depends on ur weight, but u will need some arm muscles for sure.

  • All round body strength is a must for doing Parkour I think. Check out TraceurZeno's body weight training videos for tips.

  • Dude those are some sweet spots, and a solid training routine.

Could you possibly send me a link to the song? Because i cant find it anywhere.

  • My mate (David) sent me it on his phone so I'm not sure where to find it, sorry man.

  • Oh, i see.. could you by any chance ask him where he got it?

  • I'll try n get it for you mate yeah =]

  • Alright thanks man that'd be great.

  • nice dude 5*

  • Very cool ;)

  • Don't train parkour/freerunning alone

    1. If u get hurt who will help u? :D

    2. more fun :)

  • Nice precision ;) 5*

  • nice work! :)

  • I've got no where to do parkour apart from a local playground where all I can do is jump off the top of a swingset LOL.

  • Why not do Pull-Ups on it instead?

  • could you replay the first clip a few more times

  • It's not replayed, just me repeating the movement.

  • Not bad , try more wall climbing , its an easy part

  • hey i've got a question,? in parkour do u hav 2 train like Gymnastics or something like learn how 2 be flexable?? or u just need 2 train on your sourandings??

  • you dont have to i learned my parkour normaly on the streets its better out ther more stuff to do and you dont have to leran that much parkour is with alot of work out and strong bodey

  • you dont have to work on yor flexibility its just recomended i train in my soroundings and its more of a way knowing whats to come

  • Very nice, man.. like someone else has already said, you're very lucky to have so much to work with. Parkour in India is very hard to practice.

Im 14 too, and my problem is that I'm too scared to commit to a speed vault...any tips? Thanks.

Also, i advise you to use more of your arms. Pull during your climbups and catgrabs.

  • nice job! ur so lucky u got places to go, i can only practice vaults on my backyard fence

  • your good man! i mean kid

  • i might make a parkour club at school

  • dude thatd be cool

  • from wher are you /

i am 14 and have strted training parkour and coukd do with some help or tips

    plz get back to me

    thanks

  • Hey man, I was gonna write some comments, but I read that your only 14, if you are, then fair play to you.

You have a nice way about you. I can see Zenos influence on your movement. Nice precisions, you could PULL more before your transition in your climbups an maybe recruit your legs a bit more, but there ok really.

    Keep it up :)

  • hello hen, haven't been able to get out in a few days so was browsing through the rep crew. I love the way you train, cottonbud ;)

I look forward to seeing you all again in december x

  • how old are you?

  • I was 14 at the time.

  • im scared to do it

  • thanks for the tips on how to train

  • great for the precision !

    right way, good luck

  • Nice!!!

  • i love the song k hope to train soon

  • not bad m8 ill add u as frend kl and sub.

    u sub as well kl

  • I liked it a lot.

Lots of explosion and impact, but still was pretty solid.

I don't know how long you've been training for, but you seem to be headed on the right track.

Check out my training methodology video if you want a few other things to try with your training. [ways to help with kinesthesia/proprioception/sensitivity/touch.

    Keep up the good work!

  • nice jump

  • nice precisions. for me thats my weak point. im to afraid, but thats mainly because i havent bought a grippy pair of shoes yet.

i love vaults. and vaults to cats. all i really need to practice are my monkey, kong, and dash vaults. those are the hardest ones for me.

  • Nice precisions. Would like to see some Dash vaults, if you will. :P

  • nice jump

  • how old are u? O_O u rock!!!

  • It would be good to see a new vid from you and your current progression Paul.

    Zeno

  • who ever says white guys cant jump should be slapped in the face

  • good standing jump and nice video

  • Really good video. Your precision is clutch. What's the name of this track?

  • It's in the end credits mate :)

  • Great video! Keep it up!

  • nice precisions

  • I agree, its all about Creativity and Skill Level, but some Places are Just So Lush :)

  • i have to train my balance a bitt more how do you train that ? good vid mate :D

  • your cat is a little off in this vid

  • i'm so jealous of you.

you have so many great spots to train at.

  • There are areas to train evrywhere, by watching videos you can see the creative ways traceurs use these enviroments and give you ideas in your own area. When i started parkour i thought there were no "good spots" for training, but a couple of months later i have found that its all in the mind and that there are spots everywhere.

  • Thanks for the advice.=0D

  • That was really good. Watched the whole thing

  • what workouts do you do?

like leg workouts? or do you do any at all?

    that was pretty good! =D

im startin to get into these things so i would just like to know if u work out ur legs so u can jump farther?

  • I know u were asking traceurpaul but potencially working out the legs will just make them bigger and will possibly slack or get in ur way! probz might not make a difference in jumping cause i had chubby legs started free running got shorter legs gone straight into parkour which is a mix of different street urban techniques been out for ages, but how would i know the difference anyway but i don't think i'd workout the legs that much no more cause i hate having to big legs.

  • Doing explosive leg movements is your best bet mate.

Just doing squats with build muscle, but the right kind =p

  • start of this i thought

    is crap

    got into it

ur actually amazing at technique and accuratice(i cant spell)

  • the video was great, your parkour was great, good job.

  • nice movements my freind i like your control

    keep up the training peace

  • nice vid, had a good feel to it and everything was niiice and neat, very tidy. Just one thing that I hink you could improve very easily and you would see a big differance. On your climb ups (round about 1min 25ish) If you split the climb ups into two sections, the 'muscle up section' and the flick over the wall, you seem too be pausing for quite a while inbetween them as if your waiting to really steady yourelf but I think you could merge them together and it would quicken up alot.

    Lee

  • Good vid Paul, great to see you are progressing with control and confidense.

    Zeno

  • Good training mate, keep it up and I look forward to more of your videos.

    Skrabbla.
