Yes they are, it will be on the a340's by the end of the first quater 2010.

I flew with an A330-300 from Zurich to New York JFK and I have to say: " This seat is so wonderful, you can sleep like in your own bed, really!"

trust me on this one, this seat isnt as great as you think. Delta has just rolled it out on some of their 764s and will be removing them as soon as possible. they are narrow, uncomfortable, the footwell constricts the feet (especially when you are size 14), plus the table really does need an fa to show you how to operate. Swiss might pull it off, but i expect a new version to come out in the coming years

It looks like a really good design, in some ways similar to the new SIA business. By going into the footwell it allows a fully flat bed but the rows are actually quite close together. If they didn't use the footwell they would have needed to have about an extra 20 inches between each row and still only fit in an extra couple of seats in each row, but with less privacy between seats.
