Why would you stand barefoot where there are rat droppings? And have you called the health department/code enforcement with complaints?

There's a bed bug infestation in many apartments. We were lucy that we only had rats and black mold

The lighting is very bad in some parts, but be patient to see just how bad an apartment can be when the property owners, management company and on site management don't fix things... this is called NEGLIGENCE! They put every tenant at risk for safety and health! DO NOT RENT!
