  • Holla! Have you heard about - fast abs magic (do a search on google)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my mate got detailed Six pack abs and lost a ton of fat with it.

  • Its always cool to see how people's diets vary. Nuts twice a week? I'm a nut everyday-er. Also, I haven't been working out much lately but still maintain a perfect body. I think exercising more could still help me feel better though. So its not all about physical appearance. ;)

    Thanks for the video.

  • love her juggs

  • gaining weight is almost never a health choice, and usually always a person conformed by cultural perceptions of sex/beauty. i would never try to gain weight because of someone' else's warped perception of healthy/beauty

  • Assume message. I eat lots of green shakes with spinach, kale or collards and I usually use young coconuts and it gives me lots of stamina to get through my weight training routine. I have been eating raw foods for over 1 1/2 years and there is no denying it's power. I have made this new channel so that people can see how I train to gain muscle mass and size. Thanks for spreading to word.

  • someone please show me a body builder on a raw foods diet that weighs over 200lbs. they don't exist, why?...because you need ANIMAL PROTEIN to put on size and muscle. body builders eat and eat and eat meat, protein shakes, cooked carbs, ect to build muscle. it's a simple fact, however I'm not saying it is healthy, i'm just saying these doctors are kidding themselves in believing that sprouts and nuts and seeds are going to put on much mass. obviously, i know, weighing less is healthier

  • Whats about Andreas Cahling?

  • @tonyg0123 ye go look at a guy on here...not sure if he is more or slightly less than 200 pounds but his youtube is - rawfoodmuscle. x let me know what ya think. peace x

  • sooo simply, yet beautifully put, "we should be lean & mean .... if we have fat on us, we've been eating stuff we shouldn't have be eating"

    :)

  • Cant u get sick by eating raw meat? I'm confused right now lol, someone explain.

  • my buddy has seen worms growing out of wild moose meat up here in alaska, right after butchering the moose. so that may be a concern, and this is on a wild animal too.

  • When you live the raw food live way you feel fantastic - it takes some time to get used to but I could never go back to eating any other way. I have more energy then I have ever had in my life - no candida and my skin is soft and silky (it had always been dry and nasty). Oh and by the way THERE ARE PROTEINS IN NATURE - you don't need to eat a dead rotting animal to get protein..... here is to what nature intended.

  • What kind of raw food you recomend?

  • All of this protein carb crap is created for sales hype. God created everything for the body. It's too bad that man destroyed alot of it. And this is coming from a mostly raw foodist. If you incorporate the correct fats, greens and fruits (meaning nuts, sweet fruits, and any green shaped like a flower), you have everything you need. Herbs are helpful too. See healself . org for more info.

  • Protein is a myth. You must continually feed your body at it's cellular level. This includes, but not exclusive to raw foods, as tomato and potato,eg. are poisonous(nightshades) Raw food is for longevity, so any overloading of protein, no matter how healthy, will overburden the liver. Weightlifting, which we werent designed for, is only beneficial if we shock the muscle daily, ie Total body heavy weights. Also engaging in at least 2 hours of walking, biking, without overexerting onesself...

  • A high carb/low protein diet for exercising? These people haven't a clue.

  • oh yes!!! It sucks! Raw Protein(and a balanced raw diet) builds body mass and muscles. I got today: 275g goji berries = 30g protein, 3 lbs different salads 30g protein, coconutwater, avocado and other fruits = 10g protein = 70g plant protein, thats more than i need. I want to build muscle. Is 50% more max strength in 3 weeks much for a trained person? That was the result after 3 weeks of that diet.

  • Protein in plant sources isn't equal to protein from animal sources. Do some research please.

  • I'll try it. But I wonder, will lifting weight also help you gain weight in your face?

  • No, not fat...it will help define the structure of your face/ facial bones...

  • @hiptobehealthy Raw food doesn't make you fat, processed food does

  • @hiptobehealthy no sir. youll just gain muscle in whatever area of your body you work out.

  • Couldn't have said it better myself. I've been about 90% raw for 3 years. Before I started I used to workout and was quite muscular, but when I stopped and went raw I lost it all. After 2 years of weighing next to nothing I started lifting weights again and already gained 15-20 lbs in just a few months. Lifting weights is the only way to gain healthy weight.

  • What did you eat while lifting weights. i would love to gain 15-20 pds.

  • It's not what you eat that counts, it's that you lift heavy weights that you can only lift 4-6 times before failure and doing that on major exercises like bench press, squat and deadlifts. I also eat a lot of walnuts which have as much protein as red meat, I eat about 3000 calories of walnuts a day out of 4000-5000 total daily calories.

  • @aabsc Maybe but Anne marie clement says she workout and she looks like a friggin skeleton
