I know in my province of Ontario, Canada, it's stated outside the courtrooms that you must turn off all electronic devices before entering. I actually witnessed somene's cell phone ring, and the judge was none too pleased. If all electronic devices need to be turned off, I would assume recording isn't allowed.

What "law" are the police enforcing? Judges do not make law so while the "order" (and there may be some doubt whether the unsigned posting even constitutes a valid judicial order) may be policy for the courthouse, it certainly is not law.

I wonder if these people work for the hang'em high judge, maybe they are all in on it together, violence sadistic court worker people. Maybe we need to ask them all to move to China, I would give money for a fund that moves these China-like -court people to China were they belong! Perhaps we should ask if we provide $ if they would agree to move.

Wisdom must be reasonable. I'm afraid most reasonable people will listen to this video and see no reason in threatening these Officers. most will find it upsetting listening to the disrespect shown the officer. If you want to change a court rule there must be a way to try without purposely breaking it. Without visual it sounds like someone looking for trouble and thats what they got! I'm sure that would be simple for anyone to accomplish. Just break the law in front of an Officer!

Let me see. They point to what they claim is a judge's order banning cameras (personal private property) from the court, but there's no signature & seal on the Order. That's unbelievable! Hey, I could write a "court order" & post it up on walls and claim a judge wrote it. If you have the temerity to challenge me on the authenticity of the order, then I'm going to threaten you, arrest you, or beat you up rather than prove the order is authentic & binding. Shows we're living in a fascist society.

I bet they are hanging their no recordings rule on privacy issues. However, the privacy right is for the defendant not the government employees. Because accusations can harm reputations and people use to be considered innocent til proven guilty. It is a clear case of politically motivated harassment by the Keene officials. Bad move the more they crack down the more unreasonable they appear to be.

Do you know any cleaning people at the courthouse? ...just think of the interesting information you guys could use as leads if you planted listening devices in the judges chambers!!!! Of course, that would be a bit touchy....I'd just use that info. for leads in order to use it against the scumbag judges. If you can get some leverage on them, then maybe force them to do what you need them to do.

Can you guys covertly plant some tiny video cameras inside the courtrooms somehow...the kind that have a transmitter to a remote recording source....(after all, you guys own the courthouse....the tax payers) Then post the videos showing the unconstitutional goings on....And, maybe even set up a dummy website and youtube channel that isn't officially linked to you guys, so that you can avoid any repercussions...Just some "ROGUE" videotaper!!!
