I loved the 00 series and I was excited as hell for this movie. I was disappointed. The action scenes looked nice but weren't as satisfying as I had hoped. The combat scenes looked nice but weren't very satisfying. I wanted to see mobile suits vs mobile suits not gundams killing thousands of metal aliens. If someone who loved the series were to ask me about this movie, I would tell them to pretend it doesn't exist. This movie was so forced and they just threw together some plot out of no where.

I just finished watching the Gundam 00 movie........this has to be the best gundam movie ever. I mean I worshiped Char's Counterattack and Endless Waltz but this..........talk about about intense and when you see one of the special abilities of the Qant your brain is going to break. Lock On's gundam on Trans Am is a one gundam wrecking crew. Allelujuah Gundam well Im still trying to wrap my head around is 6 eyes. FINAL VERDICT.........YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED.

It doesn't have to be a human vs human conflict in order to be the same tragic, emotional, epic kind of war story that a Gundam series is supposed to be. Action in Gundam 00 is the best in the franchise but I'm not satisfied on how the story turned out. The first was deep with current world issues but the plot shifted to evil Innovators. Now the movie is all about the ELS which is almost no different from the Festums in Fafner of the Azure. I am disappoint.

@TheAnimeOverviewer umm, correct me if im wrong...when I first watch GSD, I thought that the story will focus on shinn. but as the story progress, I realized that the focus of the story isn't about shinn anymore and not even to kira himself. I think the story is more focused around Athrun Zala (which is the deuteragonist). from the moment he rejoined ZAFT to becoming Kira's ally again. the focus is that of athrun being blinded by chairman durandal/dulindal and realizing what's really wrong.
