Me and like a group o 30 were watching this game outside on a small t.v. and everyone but 2 wanted the Pens to win. When the Pens won everyone started screaming and cheering, then two cops show up cause they heard all the screams and they asked why we were screaming and we were like PENS WON!! And the cops started cheering and partied with us for like 15 minutes!! hahaha it was a good night! :)

Well winning the 3rd Cup the way they did puts them in elite company. The Super Bowl win vs Arizona was probbaly the best Super Bowl I have ever seen. So in my eyes the win puts them in very high regard in the city if they win again this season a dynasty is around and elevate them more.

Last time I checked, that's how a team rebuilt. This town has always liked hockey, but its hard to pay 40 bucks to go to a Pens game in 2003 when everyone on the team had no right playing in the NHL. Well he was your leading scorer in the regular season. I know he choked in the playoffs, but he was a big reason the Wings were seeded as high as they were. The Wings are better off without him for cap reasons only.

Not a fan of either of these teams. It don't get much closer than this. It was pretty clear Wings were out of gas but that's all part of a Stanley Cup run. For both of these teams to get back to the finals and take it this far says a lot about both teams. I don't know what some are talking about Wings players acting smug and all. No one from here is bandwagoning it ----we are pretty much die hards -who don't like to see their team lose to unachievers like the HABS and or FLYERS......The PENS are the topic in this city right now with the signig of Martin and Michalek. We're gearing up for another CUP --you can bet money on that one too.

Pittsburgh is less rude, but when the Pens were losing they never sold tickets.
Neither fanbase is that great imo for those reasons. Buffalo is where it's at. The Bills and Sabers suuuck but they still sell tickets.

Last time I checked, that's how a team rebuilt. This town has always liked hockey, but its hard to pay 40 bucks to go to a Pens game in 2003 when everyone on the team had no right playing in the NHL. Would it be good if nobody came to the PENS games now? Would that be a good thing? Dont be jealous. Merry Christmas from here in the City of Champions.

Lidstrom was picked 53th, Datsyuk went undrafted, Federov 74th, T.H was picked 257th and Zetterberg 210th overall..you get the point ?Pens cheated like back when they got Mario look at their draft in the years that followed and then look at what happened again with this pens team ( 2000´s)

Not a fan of either of these teams. It don't get much closer than this. It was pretty clear Wings were out of gas but that's all part of a Stanley Cup run. For both of these teams to get back to the finals and take it this far says a lot about both teams. I don't know what some are talking about Wings players acting smug and all. Watched every game and interviews, didn't see anything like that. What I did see was the worst refing in the playoffs, ever. Game has changed for the worse.
