name of song please and btw the banana diet deos work but it is very slow I have a friend who used it and lost 42 lbs in one year and thats very slow so yeah I recommend calorie shifting diet it's much faster you can loose 9lb in 11 days

yes well losing 9lb in 11 days is unhealthy, but i guess americans need to go to those extremes to risk good health to desperately lose weight
