Neverwinter Nights... there will never be another game like it. Games that took you 1 week to finnish even the first of five chapters. Games that you had to take time to learn and read into the lore. Games that created deep characters through words and not graphics.

Dragon Age franchise just humiliates the NWN franchise (specially nwn 2), but nwn 1 was very good, i played it a lot until i ran off of modules to play, including replays with lots of mods and stuff, some of them my own creation. But that maybe because i didn't have a nice pc that could run DA yet. lol

I haven't enjoyed d&d since 2nd edition. As for d&d games, they need to get back to what made d&d enjoyable, and that is dungeon crawling. I couldn't give a damn about their save the world storylines, they're all boring. Just give me the option to create a party of my choosing and let me raid some dungeons!

That ending was a rip off. You played through a shitty campaign just to get a lame ending with no closure. NWN 1 left a bad taste in my mouth.

@RodaZab Yes I heard of that, shame really. Funny thing, NWN is going to be developed by yet another company: SSI, Bioware, Obsidian, Cryptic. Who's next on the line? Blizzard?

It is sad that we probably wont see any new D&D games, AD&D 4E is very hard to implement in a PC game I imagine.

Depends, everyone has their own taste. NWN was online much better and also controls were more smooth and less laggy. But overall, nwn2 had good expanion back with realy mysterical atmosphere. Original campaign was typical save place X.
