I need help, I'm kinda new to hockey, and I know how to skate forward and turn, but how do i practice off ice? I mean I can only practice on ice for about 2-6 hours every week.

and the stick handeling is different from on and off ice right? so how can i practice when I'm at home with nothing to do?
