I think you would be even better to understand if you speak without any masks, but then again I wouldn't like to show my face on the internet either.
So, my atheistic friend, why don't you post some videos about REAL atheism? I mean what's the point in being an atheist when you think about religion all the time. I am an atheist in order to live without the restrictions of religious belief systems, but I don't judge any religious people.
Well, there isn't very much to say on that subject, is there?
Atheism: lack of a belief in god.
Atheist: someone who doesn't believe in god.
That's pretty much covers the basics. Not much else to say; there's no unified anything about it. It's like people who wear a mustache: they don't get together every week and talk about how much better having a mustache is.
If I criticize religion, it's because without the childish non-explanation of god I'm driven to find out more about reality.
Be hard to find someone more open-minded than I am, but being open-minded doesn't mean you have to accept everything that's thrown your way, either. I can't link to it in comments, but if you check my favorites there's an excellent video about just that subject.
Errrr, what is "REAL atheism" i might ask? It is only a lack of belief. Nothing is needed to back its claim.
And we talk about religion all the time because we, well at least i, think that religion and the belief in god, is ludicrous and demented. The teachings of unprovable and indemonstrable beliefs and faiths about this reality, or the supposed one after this reality, are a major step backward in the progression of mankind as a whole. God must die, for mankind to live.
Very well said. I'll add to that a quote from Jonathan Miller:
"In some awful, strange, paradoxical way, atheists tend to take religion more seriously than the practitioners."
As I hinted to, once you stop believing in magic, you can start believing in reality, and you can also face the dangers fostered by unfounded faith. The religious wars, the willingness to let everything die to force Jesus's return and rapture... We need to move beyond childishness to survive as a species.
Ha ha ha! How childish and pathetic. I am an atheist btw....

So, you want to find out more about reality. That's an honorable goal to achieve, but don't forget that this requires open-mindedness and patience.
