Anyone can fucking grow Bud. Growing good bud is a different story. It is a weed after all haha.For all the lazy people who don't want to put out the effort and time don't bother, you will grow some scraggly plants that yield little and provide you with some moldy ass weed. That is if you don't kill your plant first by overfeeding, overwatering, or cooking your plant in a closet. If you manage to produce any bud enjoy the popping and sizzling sounds of bugs and chemicals igniting!

The perfect temoerature for cannabis to grow is like 24° C / 75 degree.

But in my basement its not that warm. Do the 400 watt lights give enough heat or do I have to install sth like a heating ???

400 watt bulbs, or any HID lights for that matter, produce a lot of heat. in fact, you might want to consider a cooling/vent system.
