It's not quite the same arpeggio, but I think it's played with the SH-101 + TR- 808

can you show me how to sync my sh101 to my yamaha rx5 drum machine? i tried to hook it up from rx5 clock out to sh's trigger in but all i got was a very speedy pattern of the arpeggio from sh 101 when i start a sequence from my drum machine.. also facing a similar problem when i try to connect my drum machine to my juno 6.... HELP!

Yes that is possible, i can play on the keys and running the arp at the same time.Bud there is only one note at the same time that is playing.

The SH-101 is only monophonic, so you can only play one note at a time.

The SH101 replaced the SH09 in the early 80's, I always wanted a Jupiter 8 though, but the price tag was way up there :((

I have used, for connecting the SH-101, a adapter plug from 1/4th to 1/8 inch.

The sync output of the TR 606 is connected to

the arpeggio sync input of the SH 101.

I used the low tom trigger output of the TR 606.
