Those that have the genuine Holy Ghost/Spirit must be baptized in Water in Jesus' Name for the remission of sins or the are NOT saved! "Born of Water and Spirit" constitutes "The New Birth" ..God wants to ADD to what you have! not take away, but add. What wrong with The Baptism in Jesus Name! you pray in His name, you preach in His name, " whatever you do in word or deed(action) do it the name of Jesus (singular) "all power in heaven and earth has been given unto him"

How can he say that's not supported in the pages of scripture??? arggggghhhhhh. Ok I started liking this guy but once you get past the charisma and speaking ability....ugh
Not everything seen in narratives was intended to be taken as a normative pattern for today. This topic requires a bit more thought and inductive study than i feel the preacher has given it. Scripture does not contradict scripture, and Acts 19:2 should not be used to contradict all other instances that PROVES that the Holy Spirit indwells all believers AT CONVERSION. So there must be a different explanation for that passage.
baptism of the Holy Ghost and Being filled with the Holy Ghost are not the same thing. As soon as someone becomes saved the Holy Spirit dwells on the inside of them. But you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God dwells in you. Now if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he is not His. Romans 8:9; you can't be a Christian and not have the Holy Spirit on the inside of you, its just not possible.
I have not been "baptized" with the Holy Ghost but I am filled with the Holy Ghost as all believers are and I am not missing anything. To each his own
Nope..evidence does not support what you are saying. First of all repentance happens at conversion. Secondly, Baptism and indwelling are not one in the same. As soon as someone becomes a christian the Holy Spirit dwells on the inside of them. There is ample support for this in the word. Yet the Baptism is mentioned what all of two times? IF you are referring solely to baptism then yes that may be a process leading to the actual event of Baptism but lets be clear on the language here.
For lack of space I will cite the references for you: Romans 8:9, Ephesians 1:13-14 , 1 Cor. 6:19, Ephesians 3:16-17, 2 timothy 1:14, Ezekiel 36:26-27, John 14:16-17. So again I say, every TRUE believer has the Holy Spirit on the inside of them. That indwelling takes place at conversion. I am sorry but Murray failed to make the clear distinction between the baptism of the Holy Spirit, and the indwelling of the Holy spirit instead making them sound like one in the same.
He preaches like the old saints, that got souls saved and delivered. He can do it because he lives it. I order these messages and have been so blessed by them. Powerful young Man of God!!!
this guy can't seem to make the connection with the second to last verse and the last verse... the submergence of fire is when all the elements are burned
Peter put it like this: that just as the earth was submerged in water, that it was born anew again out of the water, so it is reserved to be burned with fire, that is symbolizing being born again by His mercy, and the wicked then being burned with hellfire. And Jesus, the appointed King, submerged in the Holy Spirit and others with hellfire
@krononomikon Its not about Paul or Bishop Murray, it is about JESUS! If JESUS stop His flow and caused Him to do another thing with the WORD, than we know who's running the show. It's not how much you know or what you know, its how much of it do you have active in your life. Our you a preacher and not a doer or all of the above? Listen! Like Jesus said, if this WORD is for you, then you'll receive it. If not than its for a believer who know the voice of JESUS! Please be encourage.
I love what Bishop Murray just said at 3:34, if i got to tell you that you got the Holy Ghost then you don't have it... powerful we got to know for ourselves, we got to know him for ourselves and what we able and capable to do when we have the Holy Ghost.
HE IS THE REAL DEAL!!!

Oh and another verse -- Did you receive the Spirit by the works of the law, or by believing what you heard? Galatians 3:2-5
