I have moderate to severe Crohn's disease. No medication other than Prednisone seems to work. I have tried Humira, Remicade and a myriad of other drugs. I am looking into specific diets for Crohns. What foods should I base my diet off of? I know that everyone is different, but some things work for the majority. What about Cats Claw and other herbs? Which herbs do I need to take, how much do I take and in what form? Help.
I also have Crohn's disease - very unpleasant at times. The thing we as human flesh have to remember is: we are created. I think atheists are a sad breed. If they have no belief that they were created then I'm guessing they probably have no motivation in life but to dwell on hatred of what God created - YOU and ME!! Only a fool would look around at creation and say, "This just happened... boom." As of right now, there is no cure for this disease.
@LexarJB89 does your praying help your crohns? I don't think so. What the hell does believing in god have to do with this disease? Both believers and non believers get sick and god has nothing to do with it. I don't believe in god and find people who do a little stupid and childish.
When I grew up I stopped believing in santa clause, the tooth fairy and god.
Getting back to crohns, humira appears to be helping although it is not a cure.
Isn't it interesting that it's so much easier to find healings of invisible medical problems than visible problems? Migraines, back pain, internal tumours, sure, but goiters, missing eyes, amputated limbs, never. Isn't that interesting? And all the documented "healings" which see people leaping put of wheelchairs turn out to be frauds. 100 percent of them, so far as I know. Verrrry interesting.
Prayer and love are two amazing things. My 20 year old fiancee had a stroke due to her brain tumor this past June. They told us she probably wouldn't walk for YEARS due to recovery. But she was out of the hospital and the rehab facility within 2 weeks. I believe that God answered our prayers to have more time with her after the stroke. He could've taken her up then and there but He blessed us with 3 more months with her. She died September 19th due to another stroke that she did not wake up from
What makes you think that you are any better than someone else with crohn's disease, or someone with any other disease for that matter? I am a very religious person and believe in God, but God does not work that way.
I would never put myself above someone else if I happened to be cured or entered into some positive circumstance. Praying helps you cope, but it doesn't cure you.
Well apparently you don't have much faith. No wonder you don't think prayer will cure you. (Mark 9:23 KJV) Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth.
(James 1:6-7 KJV) But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed. {7} For let not that man think that he shall receive any thing of the Lord.
I pray and God heals the sick all the time. Look at my other videos.
You are not a mediator, and you didn't answer my question. What makes you think that you are any better than someone else with crohn's disease, or someone with any other disease for that matter?
It has nothing to do with somebody being better? Nobody said anybody was better. Judging from your attitude you have a lot of self-righteous religious pride. That is no good. (James 4:6) But he giveth more grace. Wherefore he saith, God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble.
Gloria was healed in a church I sometimes visit. I prayed for her and God healed her sometime ago. I recorded her testimony and posted it. People get healed of all types of diseases in my services all the time. Look at my other videos. It's what I'm called to do.
What sobefobik is saying is, what makes you think God healed you? He answers YOUR prayers for something like Crohn's Disease, but for all the other MUCH worse suffering in the world, he turns a blind eye? Sobefobik is saying why do you think you're special enough that God would heal your Crohn's disease when there are so, so, so many more important things God could be fixing, but doesn't. Your Crohn's has gone into remission, God has nothing to do with it.
Sir, this is a very interesting topic and I'm glad you posted this - thank you! According to another posting, you say you're an "Atheist". Well, I am a believer in Jesus Christ. Do I believe Jesus can heal? Sure thing (read Mark 1). Do I believe He chooses to heal just because someone believes it? No. Remember sir, IF (for your sake), Jesus IS God, He knows what's going on with your health. And just because one *believes* does not warrant healing. I've prayed for healing knowing God CAN.
By the way, I'm an atheist with Crohn's disease that's been in dormant remission for years now. God had nothing to do with it - Crohn's is a fickle disease that can wax and wane, and there have even been reports of it disappearing after having it for many years.
dont get to high minded. i am a born again christian and know that god wants us to be humble and glorigy HIM. never the other way around, this is ALL Gods doing
My claims aren't false. I have doctors reports and medical statements proving otherwise as well as the testimonies of many people including family, friends and church members who have been healed.
@sobefobik your comment is illogical: For, if God, then all is possible, AND, if i talk (pray) to all powerful God, isn't it possible he can answer how he wants? Where in the historical Bible does it say He won't heal somebody who honestly prays? So here again you are found in error, ignorant. Ilogical & ignorant.
I also have crohn's disease and its a medical fact that there is NO CURE! This woman is in remission, thats all. It's great that she doesn't have to deal with the daily symptoms of Crohn's, but CURED? NO! Eventually it will come back and most likely be very bad again.. thats how Crohn's works! I am not saying that I don't believe in Miracles, but all because she doesn't have symptoms right now, doesn't mean that she is CURED! Sorry, It's a sad reality!
Her symtoms left her the instant I prayed for her. That has been over 2 years ago and she hasn't had any pain since although she had experienced pain everyday for 17 years. When God gives someone a miracle it doesn't matter what man's limited understanding of medical science says. With God all things are possible.
Please pray for me, I have been suffering greatly with crohns for many years, I do believe that all things are possible with God, please pray for my health. Thank you.
Acctually it depends on how bad it is when i was diagnosed i had emergency surgery and was told after if they hadn't done it then and waited i wouldn't be here so go figure
it makes me laugh when people quote parts of the bible to suit their situation.. stop reading from a fictitious book, and ffs, dont tell me im going to hell for not beliving in him, because u will sound like a complete tit.
HMMM nobody ever heard about remission? I have been cleared from my Crohn but if I stop taking my medicines I know it will be back in 2 months and I will be even sicker but right now nothing to find in my intestines or blood. So sorry, I dont believe this.
Gloria's pain left immediately when I prayed for her. This video was shot over 2 years ago. I talked to Gloria this summer and she still hasn't had anymore pain or symtoms. I can't help what you decide to believe. You should be grateful and thankful to God if your symptoms have ceased and give Him praise. Doctors always call it remission when God answers someone's prayers and heals someone and they can no longer find any trace of the disease.
Amen! God is so good! It is so great that Gloria shared her story like that. I was healed of chron's disease on July 19th 2007 at the desperation conference in Co. I was immediately set free from all of my pain. I am now medically healed of chron's and my faith in Jesus Christ has grown so mush since then. God is so awesome!
This is a great opportunity to show what I would consider to be the most clear, obvious, unambiguous, powerful and simple evidence of a regenerative healing. Gloria says that she had a reduced size lung which grew back supernaturally. Assuming that she really did have this condition (rather than a doctor assuming it) and that transplants can be ruled out, this is a great opportunity to silence the critics. No need to spend time on the other vids, this one will suffice.
My brother had Crohn's disease and in hospital for ages and lost lots of weight. Close to having a colostamy bag. Lot's of lifelong medication. Decided some years later/ago not to bother with any medicines anymore. He's been fine ever since. I wonder how this would be interpreted through the eyes/bias of a healing meeting if he was prayed for and just took no medication thereafter? How many other perfectly non supernatural outcomes have been interpreted to be God?
As you can see these are Gloria's own words not mine. I knew nothing about her condition or disease until this interview. Assuming you are correct perhaps the doctor told her a number like 150k and she said. What does that mean and he told her it meant it's very bad. You could die if it get's much lower or to a certain point and she interpreted it near zero or he could have used that term.

first of all, doctors do not say you have few days to live if you get diagnosed with an inflammatory bowel disease.
TB and Crohn's disease together might be fatal. i don't know about that.
People can go into remission for many years. some people blame it on faith and while others on doctors and drugs.
I belive in God and his powers.
I wish everyone with this horible disease goes into remission forever.
