Doesn't matter if no one is shown. He gave a date on the Video. Public records can be asked for by anyone and by just the location seen in the video, I could go find that location. Plus, he doesn't have the right to post the city's property on youtube without consent.

This is unacceptable, you should not be walking around a medical call to video tape pretty lights. Somebody is sick, and If you were at my house and somebody was sick, and I saw some A** walking around with a camera, I'd probably have to call the police, this is not only a violation of privacy rights, but immoral, and wrong.

It's only a violation if someone's face or address is captured and used without their consent. He's done nothing wrong by simply recording the lights and is not in any way infringing on anyones rights to privacy, nor is he impeeding on the crew from finishing their job, you can't even see any crew or patients at all in the video, so there is no need for consent either.
