And for the people saying play on, and tennis players are wussies, we don't get to wear cleats like in other sports, and we don't have towel boys to dry the court like in the NBA. If you're in the middle of a point and you plant your outside foot to hit on that water spot, you're going to slip, fall, and twist your ankle/pull your groin/or do something to your knee. It's dangerous.

If a court is wet at all, you're just begging for an injury, closely followed by a lawsuit against not only the tournament director but the tournament, the USTA and the ATP, and no judge is going to go against a player in that circumstance.
