Led Zeppelin tribute band PreZence - How Many More Times

I saw them at August Fest 07 at the Lake County Fair Grounds along with Chevelle, Crossfade, Saliva, and Shinedown. They all kicked ass. PreZence was really good.

I came to Chicago last month with my wife and finally had a chance to see Prezence. We are still talking about it. I am Sharp corporation, we just finished watching the video again....The band is amazing and the costumes put Jessica and I back in the 70's Excellent work. Jimmy and Robert...Amazing.........

Plant-copy is pretty good, Page-copy is hilarious. Sounds good, but he wants to dress up as Page so we have to rate him for that; so... ROFL lose the wrist-watch, gain about 8-9 inches in height? and lose maybe 1000lbs? Gut staples maybe?

Well, i was lucky enough to see Zeppelin at their peak several times in England, and have seen most of the English "tribute" groups......

So "Hats off" to these guys.....They are pretty damn good......:-)

Not that they need my help, as they still pack in crowds after eighteen years of playing together, but these guys are the best Zeppelin show if you want authentic.  Their live Dazed and Confused is perfect! I haven't seen Kashmir but I heard they are pretty lame. Not authentic.

You cant see Led Zep play again, best reason to go see Prezence. The show wouldnt be the same with out the costumes. The Prezence Guitarist=AWESOME! If a tribute band goes to this extent and falls short I would agree that it shouldnt be done. When I see Prezence I feel like I take a trip back to the 70s every time.The jewel of the band is the singer, he nails it every time his looks voice,moves its all there,along with his band mates supporting him, Prezence delivers++ Keep it up guys

I don't like the outfits trying to look like Zeppelin...It's weird IMHO. I'd rather they just look like themselves.

I agree - they should focus on nailing the music instead of trying to imitate the image. No one can do that. People may be able to come very close to the sound though. This guitarist can't touch Page. He knows his scales but doesn't have the improvisation that Page always implemented.

If ya love Zep in 2007 ya gotta realize you're not going to see "Led Zeppelin" play together ever again...this is by far the BEST recreation you can get...they will give ya such a song remains the same look/sound/vibe...its all about appreciation and a taste of what we might have seen back then...I totally Dig it!!! If ya don't like 'em then I guess you're stuck watching the same videofootage over and over I myself like to see a live show...they deliver!! "I"

Poor audio is the camera's fault - non-pro camera. I was standing by "Page's" monitor, so it wiped out a lot of everyone else. When you hear these guys live, it's a relentless ass-kicking! The audio is great live!

Timing is good, voice w/band needs more practice,or amps/mikes don't right...can't hear vocals, stary with what Zep plays, don't deviate from it

Saw Prezence at Chicago City limits on December 30. The entire club was blown away by the show. That other Zep tribute Kashmir should give it up.
