uhm... water does NOT help with peppers. It is well known that it is the oil in the peppers that is the problem. Eating crackers, bread or tortilla chips helps more than drinking water, as all firemen know... if it is an OIL fire, don't put water on it!!!!
I can eat about 13 of em. My mom cooks them with everything, and they make me eat about 3 or 4 straight with the food. They say pepper is good for you. I dnt use milk or bread to cool it. Id make a vid, but ihave no camera.
