Some parts of the information in this are wrong, like it says it is the electrolysis of NaCl, which it is not, it is the electrolysis of H2O. Also this isn't technically a fuel cell, it is an electrolytic cell.

Beautiful... but I have a question... and please respond as soon as you can: If you are actually using a 9V battery ase a source or fuel and then you store it in to the salt solution and then light up the bulb.. what the benefit? Because you are still taking energy from a batter .. you can also directly on the LED just plugin in the 9v with the led and it will work.... So whats the benefit? Please respond.. I liked this project

For how long this LED will be keep lighting after disconnecting the 12 v battery from the fuel cell, how many ampares and volts r generated ?
